Below you will find a (clustered) overview of the services/service providers that are obliged to report unusual transactions. You will also find specific information per service provider here.
If you perform one of these services in a professional or commercial capacity, the AML/CFT legislation (Wwft BES) applies and you are obliged to report unusual transactions to FIU-the Netherlands. On this page you will find more information about this reporting obligation.
